Tales In A Daydream [Act II Scene II]

Venus. A house down the street.

Pablo: I’m all dressed. On track! Get me my staff and my sac. Place the chiminea in the sac and add up some penny.

Cathinius: Huh??! What is it ‘bout a chiminea too?

Pablo: [grins] Shh! Just do as I say. You’ll know the aftermath soon.

Cathinius: Okay, Mr. Old man. [hanging the sac across his shoulders] Have your staff, Sir.[throws the staff to Pablo]

Pablo: Thanks. Let’s go. [opening the outlet door]

Cathinius: I love the cold air outside.

Pablo: Kid! There’s no time for nature’s admiral. Release the horse, quick! Pull the reins outta the saddle and move!

Cathinius: Ay! Captain.

Pablo: I ain’t a captain at this hour. [horse neighs]

Cathinius: AHA! Captain! Move! Move! I say, Move! [Cathinius mounts the horse. He assists Pablo in doing same and they set off]

[Exeunt]
